As Hospital Manager at Mediclinic Bloemfontein, he revitalised radiology services and drove the facility to become the group’s second-highest revenue generator.

During his Medtronic Africa tenure, he led the investment into the Bioskills lab at Stellenbosch. As a former executive at Zimmer Biomet leading EMEA (Europe, Middle-East & Africa), he secured FDA 510(k) approval for the ROSA Robotic Arm, and modernised operations through SAP implementation.

Currently architecting Lesotho’s first comprehensive orthopaedic ecosystem – eliminating cross-border referrals for basic surgeries.
